Privacy policy

Last updated 19 August 2026

CTSMedia (“we”, “us”) runs this website. This page explains what personal data we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We have kept it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

The only personal data this site collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, an optional link to your podcast or brand, the service you are interested in, and your message. We also record the time of submission and the IP address / browser it came from, purely to block spam.

We do not use analytics cookies, advertising trackers or third-party embeds that profile you. Videos on this site are served from our own hosting.

How we use it

Form submissions are emailed to our inbox (ctsmedia.in@gmail.com) using Google Workspace / Gmail, and we use the details solely to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the work. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as we need them to follow up, and deleted on request. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and as required for accounting.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email ctsmedia.in@gmail.com and we will sort it out promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Questions go to ctsmedia.in@gmail.com.
